The service, staff, spa area and kitchen were all excellent, and nothing so far has disappointed us.

The restaurant area was excessively hot, and the overall temperature was a problem.

Everything was superb. The staff were exceptionally courteous, the spa was large, and the food was fantastic—no complaints at all!

Всичко в хотела е на ниво. Спа зоната е много хубава. Топли и чисти басейни. Персоналът е мил и отзивчив

We liked only the location. Nothing else appealed to us. We chose a hotel with a cleaner environment and a truly comfortable bed to rest, but over four nights we endured a lot of discomfort. The rooms were mediocre.
