I liked the staff at check‑in, especially Mikahel. The first room had a cold shower and the knob didn’t work. The second room lacked a door bolt; room 210A made us feel uneasy at night. The breakfast lady was very rude; the wife of Moshiach screamed at us when we arrived late and made my dad, who is USB88, very anxious.

Clean rooms, a breakfast with great options and an omelette made on the spot. The hotel feels modern, the room is spacious, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the bikes are not free.

Most of the staff were warm, efficient, and helpful. The rooms are roomy and the bathroom, which includes a shower, is also spacious with a huge mirror and a large sink. I stayed for 9 nights; they set up my bed but didn’t bother to change the linens during the long stay, even though humidity was 85% in Miami in September. I didn’t ask them to do it, though. Also, breakfast wasn’t served on two days—one of those was Yom Kippur and the other was Shabbat. On Shabbat I had to buy breakfast myself, which isn’t right. The hotel website says there’s a smoking area on the roof, but in reality smoking is only allowed on the front porch, which isn’t a problem for anyone.
