We never got a greeting. Parking was on the road, and the bathroom and common areas were dirty. Nothing was prepared for the single person, and the gear didn't match the description.

The room was spotless and we could share a kitchen with a friendly family. Their little daughter was a delight, and we felt right at home. Garni temple is a short walk away, and there's a small market nearby. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Great value for the price, especially for budget travelers. The bed was comfy, the apartment was modern, and the bathroom was spacious with hot water. A washing machine in the bathroom and a kettle in the lounge made it feel like home. The owners were friendly, the bus stop was convenient, and a 15‑minute walk takes you to Garni temple with shops and restaurants.

The whole second‑floor apartment—living room, three bedrooms, and a roomy bathroom—felt like a real home, and the heating kept it warm. We had a heater, kettle, and hair dryer, but no fridge, so we left food on the terrace. The owners were welcoming, but we had to leave the car on the roadside because there’s no parking, and traffic noise was audible even though the windows don’t face the road. Still, it’s great for large groups if you can sort the parking.

The living room was lovely, hot water was good, and the blanket kept us warm. But finding the house was a nightmare—no English name, hard to locate, and the host was tough to communicate with in English. It was cold when we arrived, sits on a busy road at night, and the money we gave wasn’t returned. Still, we were welcomed.
