The location for the Vatican was perfect and the bus stop was right outside to take you into other areas. It might feel a little dated, but it’s clean and comfortable.

The location is great, very close to the Vatican and also on the main bus route for Piazza Navona. Luca, the host, was very helpful and gave us recommendations.
The host was friendly and direct, offering help with everything, yet the area around the property was noisy and the air conditioning was a problem.
The property enjoys an excellent location, with the metro just a short walk away and a wide range of services including bars, restaurants, and grocery stores; the area is very quiet even at night. The owner was very kind and helpful, giving us advice and directions to explore the city best.
The spot’s location is spot-on, and the staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, but the linens, towels, and AC system could use a refresh to boost the overall experience. The towels and bed sheets were noticeably dirty and old, a lingering bad odor filled the bathroom, and the air conditioning was so loud that sleeping at night in hot weather was tough.
