The staff were very kind, including the housekeeping lady, receptionist, and breakfast lady. The pool was a disaster: it was filthy, with grime all over the tiles, and the sign “dirty, clean me etc …” was literally written on the floor. There was no parking, and with two kids it was a nightmare. The curtain in the room was on the floor and poorly fastened, letting light in and waking the children at 5:30 am; we couldn’t fix it because it was the weekend. The air‑conditioning worked poorly.

The elevator, often omitted from descriptions yet essential for those traveling with luggage, was a plus. Breakfast was acceptable, and the room was clean. The only downside was the stairs leading up to the building.

The rooftop pool was enjoyable because of the view. The breakfast was mediocre.

The welcome was super friendly, the walk to the center was short, parking wasn’t spacious but everything fit perfectly. The street was quite busy and noisy, yet for a few days I had a great stay with excellent breakfast.
