Finding the place was easy, but the lobby was covered in spider webs and more than 20 spiders. The front‑desk lady was rude and refused to cooperate. I had booked online, yet the receptionist wrote our reservation name down before we even arrived and told us we had no booking. Even after showing her my confirmation, she had to call higher‑level staff to retrieve additional documents, and only after two hours of back‑and‑forth at midnight did we finally get to check in.
