The staff were people friendly and the room was in immaculate condition. However, there was no security for guests when events were occurring, people were disorderly, and a security guard was needed on the weekend.

The staff are always friendly, and the same faces show up month after month, year after year, which is great because they remember you and treat you like family, especially the owners. I have no complaints.
