The hotel’s spot is great, but the price was high, the details were sloppy, and the bed was really uncomfortable.

The staff were all quite nice, though a few of the newer ones seemed to look right through you even when you greeted them, which felt a bit hostile at times. The room was basically falling apart: loose door handle, threadbare carpet, mold in the bathroom, no sink plug, and a showerhead that was loose and filthy. Breakfast offered very little choice and most items were prepackaged; the bins used for the food were never cleaned, and I’m surprised I didn’t get food poisoning.

The friendly welcome from Millad—sorry I can’t spell his name right—made the room feel like a rock. The booking lady was one of the most fun people I’ve met in years; thanks a lot.

“良くも悪くも普通です”

The station is close and there’s a 24‑hour convenience store next door, which I liked. I was told the elevator was broken but it had been fixed by the time I got there. Before and after check‑in I wanted to drop off my luggage, but the front desk was empty for a long time, so I had to use the paid service at the nearby convenience store. I wish there had been a call button or contact info when no one was at the desk; it felt like a waste of money. The luggage area was just a free‑standing spot next to the front desk, so security felt a bit shaky. The building across the street played loud music all night, so I was worried about sleeping, but it stopped around 10 pm.
