The staff were pleasant and told me how to get there; when I ran into some difficulties during my trip, they listened and helped, for which I’m very grateful.

The views were good and the staff were pleasant. The food was tasty. The website said there was internet – there wasn’t, TV was missing, daily cleaning didn’t happen, and transfer was a big problem because we couldn’t book it to get there; it had to be arranged a day in advance but that wasn’t mentioned. The bedding was dirty, it was white and the stains were very visible.

The views were nice. The kitchen was tasteless, the pool was dirty, rooms needed repairs, mold was on the bathroom walls, and sound insulation was poor.
