Great location📍
The service was really good and the stay itself was great, but the facilities could use some improvement.
“Estancia pésima”
Only the location was okay. The service was terrible; we had to wait an hour to receive the room even though it was already paid for and it was time to check in. There were cockroaches in the room, a water leak in the toilet and sink, the air conditioning was poorly maintained, internet signal was awful, the room lights failed, and the bulbs kept going out.
The staff provided excellent service. The room space was limited.
The customer service and hotel atmosphere were good. There were Wi‑Fi issues.
