I spent nine nights at the Trax International, and it was wonderful; special thanks to Sooraj Ji and Shefali for their help, and to the chef who prepared food to my taste; the hotel was neat and clean with a wonderful room and bathroom.

Rooms feel too cramped, and the washroom is even smaller than the minimum size.

The location was fine, but the overall experience was awful. I stayed for three nights and was given a room infested with bed bugs that kept me from sleeping all night; the night reception and housekeeping never answered the phone. I complained the next morning about the horrible conditions, and only later did they move me to a different room.
