The apartments in Rome were inexpensive, the bed was comfortable, the TV was a smart TV, Wi‑Fi was available, the kitchen had everything needed, and there was a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom needed renovation.

The room was fine, but the bathroom was ugly, old, and lacked soap. I couldn’t sleep well because of constant noise from the floor above, and the neighboring rooms were also very noisy; I didn’t feel safe.

The room was super comfortable and spotless, but the electricity cut out every moment (the safety switch failed, not ready for high power use), and you have to pay extra taxes when you arrive. I didn’t notice that detail, and the final price made the value drop a lot. Communication with the owner was poor; it should be more attentive. It’s 700 m from the subway in a not very nice area at night.

Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa! Tudo estava muito limpo e bem cuidado. O banheiro estava limpo, o chuveiro era ótimo e as luzes amarelas deixavam o ambiente super aconchegante. A cozinha é simples, mas equipada e conseguimos cozinhar tranquilamente. O anfitrião foi muito gentil e preocupado com a limpeza e conforto. Camas muito confortáveis, toalhas e lençóis limpos e trocados com frequência. A localização também é ótima, (10 minutos a pé do metrô Malatesta) e essa linha de metrô leva direto ao Coliseu e ao centro da cidade, apenas 5 estações do Coliseu. Nossa experiência foi completamente diferente dos comentários negativos que lemos aqui. Vale a pena não se deixar levar por eles e ter sua própria experiência!

Niente di che. Partiamo dal presupposto che trattasi di un abitazione, suddivisa in due stanze e un bagno in comune con cucinino. Pulizia e riordino della stanza ogni 2 giorni, il bagno in condizioni pietose, igiene molto scarso. I proprietari sono stranieri. Al nostro arrivo mi ha chiesto la tassa di soggiorno in contanti e non voleva che la pagassi con carta, ma alla fine ho pagato con carta. Devo dire che questa cosa mi ha infastidito parecchio, sicuramente non ci ritornerò
