“Muito ruim, totalmente decepcionado, não recomendo.”

The location is decent, but the street is poorly maintained, lacks parking, and feels exposed. The coffee area is tiny, the coffee is mediocre and tastes bad. The street is dirty and neglected, no parking, rooms are small and poorly kept, maintenance is lacking everywhere. The shower doesn’t work well, the shower box is loose and unsafe for kids, the ceiling leaks water dripping onto beds, clothes, and our luggage, and the WIFI is non‑functional.

The price is good, the service is excellent and everything is very organized. The bathroom is just too small.

“Atendimento a desejar”

Only the location is worth mentioning. The breakfast service was terrible: the window was only open from 7 am to 9 am, we were there for twenty minutes past the cutoff, and nothing was served to us or my wife even though we paid for it—unacceptable. We didn’t get a single breakfast, so we paid for a service we didn’t use. The air‑conditioning was bad, there was no small table in the room, and the reception staff were rude, especially the morning colleague who was present when the breakfast was unavailable. We paid for the service and didn’t eat; it’s absurd. I can’t recommend this place in Maceió to anyone—never again.

“A pousada está em uma localização boa, porém ela é bem pequena! Os quartos também são pequenos e sem ventilação nenhuma!”

The room and bathroom are small and have no windows; even with the air‑conditioning it’s hot and stuffy, plus the AC is noisy.
