GHL Collection 93

“fue excelente.”

I love the location, everything is a few blocks away, the neighbourhood is safe, the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds are super comfortable, breakfast always has several options and is very delicious, and the staff are always ready to help and are very friendly, I have returned to that hotel and will return. I had a problem with room noise, the guests in the room next to mine were very loud all day with music and talking loudly into the early morning, I asked for help and the hotel assisted me and even I requested a room change and it was arranged the same day with no extra cost, they are truly very kind at the hotel.

“Excelente”

I really liked the location, the ease of entering the room since I had several events and had to keep coming in and out, and the service. The only unfortunate thing was that the water was cut off for half a day and affected my plans, but that was beyond their control, still they were super friendly all the time.

I was impressed by the location, the reception staff, and the breakfast, especially the help from Maria Fernanda and Maria Camila.

“COMFORTABLE”

Morning, I wish the Wi‑Fi access could be better; sometimes there’s no connection. The breakfast could offer more sweet items; the chocolate and jam were both subpar. Bathroom lighting is also too dim. Everything else was fine, thanks. On the downside, my data was apparently leaked, and I received WhatsApp messages from three different numbers asking for my arrival details. The numbers were fake: +919211504214, +44 7762411646, +44 7762602453. “Hello Raul Belloch Palop, 👋 We are contacting you on behalf of GHL Collection 93. “Muy buen hotel y recomendado”

The staff and the location were great, but the breakfast bread needs improvement; Colombian bakeries are so good that this hotel’s basic, commercial bread is disappointing.
