The room was spacious, the hotel layout was good, and the staff and hospitality were solid. Everything else was fine.

The room was clean, but my experience was rough. When I arrived, the front desk was fighting with a guest and shouting at each other. The next guest complained and received no proper response from reception. Two reception ladies were impolite and aggressive toward guests. Check‑in was slow; they handed me a key for a normal room even though I had booked a deluxe suite, and there was no apology or explanation for the mistake. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby while they prepared my room. With check‑out at 12 and check‑in at 15, they had ample time to ready a room, yet the key was given around 15:30 and the staff were still cleaning when I entered. The room was not fully prepared—no towel, no toothbrush, etc.—so I had to call housekeeping to bring each item one by one. Breakfast had limited items, all pastries were stale and not from the same day, and the elevators were busy and slow. Overall, I had a really bad experience there.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was great and I highly recommend it, especially the breakfast. Nothing to complain about.
