We asked several times about spiders in the room and no one helped; we had to buy insecticide and killed 5 spiders ourselves. We requested cleaning and they came in the afternoon, but when we asked for a fire pit on Saturday night they didn’t show. The cleaning service and insect handling were poor. My partner is afraid of insects, so it was a tough night checking for them, especially since there was no staff at reception, only a transport guy who told us he was the only one that night and that he couldn’t do anything about the spiders, telling us to wait until the next day.

“super relax”

I loved the 24/7 pool and jacuzzi, the wine, the food, and the view from the rooms – everything was great. The only downside was that the hot water only lasted about 5 minutes.

“Definitely not worth it”

The location was a secluded retreat, which I appreciated. However, the property was unsafe and unsanitary: the room had serious cleanliness problems, water damage, and stains on the sheets that looked like blood or bodily fluids, so it didn’t meet acceptable health or accommodation standards and I didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there.
