The extraordinary cleanliness, everything is incredibly clean, and as soon as you walk in you smell fresh. The beds and room are comfortable, and Cristina is always smiling and attentive. Thanks for everything; I’ll return for more days to enjoy Béjar and this wonderful hostal.

Maybe the location is okay. You have to climb two floors to reach the reception. The facilities are old (furniture, bathrooms, etc.) and a bit dark and antiquated.
