A lovely apartment in a great location. It’s very close to the old town, with its historic sights and restaurants, and to a bus stop. The apartment is clean and spacious, with a comfortable area to relax and enjoy meals, plus a separate bedroom with a comfortable mattress. It has everything you might need, including a stove, dishwasher, coffee machine (a wonderful bonus!), and useful amenities such as an iron, hairdryer, and electrical adapter, which is especially handy for guests from outside Italy. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was really fast and reliable. The decor has some lovely Sicilian touches. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a place with a great atmosphere. One small issue was the hot water. The hot-water pressure was quite low, so the shower was usually only lukewarm, with properly hot water available only occasionally. This may be a common issue in Sicily, particularly in older historic buildings, as we experienced something similar at a few other places during our trip

“Noto ...a kilometro zero”

Good location, spacious and comfortable structure (for two people), very kind and helpful staff. Well‑equipped bathroom, balcony is comfortable. Recommended…but always for a couple…to stay in their comfort zone. Perhaps having two sofa beds in addition to the bed on the mezzanine would take up space that could be used for breakfast services that are currently scarce and inconvenient…some additional utensils would not hurt, like a shower shampoo dispenser.

We stayed at this B&B and found ourselves really comfortable! 😊 Emanuele was always very present and helpful, giving clear and precise instructions for both check‑in and check‑out, making everything very simple. The location is excellent, on Via Giovanni Aurispa, truly convenient for walking around and enjoying the center of Noto. Our room was very pretty, well‑crafted in detail and furnished with great taste. A pleasant stay and definitely a place we feel we can recommend! 😊

The location is unbeatable, just a street from the center and 30 m from one of the most awarded bakeries in Sicily. It’s perfect for visiting Noto. Very spacious apartment. Bathroom completely new. Hard to park in the area after 18 h. Easy in the morning or after restaurant hours.

“Soggiorno consigliatissimo”

We stayed at this property for four nights during the Ferragosto week. Mr Emanuele was available and always reachable, both before and during the stay. The place is clean, has ample space and is located very close to the main street. We appreciated finding the room cool upon our late‑night arrival, as well as the ready‑to‑use sofa bed. Every request was met. Highly recommended! The road leading to the property is very narrow, so drive carefully. Parking is along the street; during Ferragosto week it was sometimes hard to find a spot, but moving to nearby streets works. Certainly easier in other seasons.
