I booked a non-smoking room, but somehow ended up with a smoking room due to my own mistake. Luckily, the staff was super helpful and managed to switch me to a non-smoking room that was available at a slightly higher price. The staff was really kind and polite, and I'm grateful for their assistance. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk from Kyoto Station, and it has a great public bath on site. That's about it, but it's a great feature.
