“Un'oasi di pace”

The location: great for visiting the historic centre and on a quiet street. The breakfast is good and plentiful, parking is available nearby. I would have liked to find some brochures/maps of Foligno with directions to the most important monuments/churches/ palaces to visit and also about the ongoing “I Primi d’Italia” event.

“Un posto molto tranquillo”

A cozy room that feels charming; the bathroom is spacious, fully equipped, and has a window. There’s plenty of space in the room to store clothes. The little balcony completes the picture with a distinctive view of the village and rooftop cats watching the sunset. It’s very quiet and peaceful even though it’s in the center. The cleaning was impeccable, and the outdoor areas were tidy and well maintained. Breakfast is decent, served in the shared kitchen, which feels very welcoming. A small fridge is available on the ground floor for guests. The reception lady was punctual, friendly, and precise, giving us all the information we needed and offering help. A paid municipal parking lot is very close, and a supermarket with parking is a 5‑minute walk away.

Great location for walking around the city, the room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. The owner, Gabriella, is friendly and helpful.

Only the location is worth mentioning. The room is small, lacks luggage support, feels stuffy. Breakfast is inadequate: a coffee with two soft pastries. People were shouting up and down the stairs early in the morning. I’m sorry to say this, but I won’t stay here again.
