“Una linda experiencia”
Everything was excellent: first, the professionalism of the reception staff, their very good willingness, combined with their warmth. We thank Anais, Gloria, and Camila, who solved an assistance issue that would have been very difficult without their help, always with a smile. The rest was also flawless: the location, (a step from everything, especially the area of good restaurants), the spaciousness, good lighting, and room equipment; the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water flow. Breakfast was very complete and varied, with constant restocking. Internet worked correctly. If we return to Lyon, we will choose them again. Nothing. Everything was very good.
The location in the city center was excellent. The staff were friendly. There were plenty of restaurants nearby.
The water pressure in the shower was not good.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Lyon and the staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is acceptable, but the room is too small for the number of guests.

A nice hotel in an old building downtown Lyon. Great location! Excellent beds and good Wi‑Fi. The room was a bit larger than expected. The toilet was very low in a very small bathroom.
