The hotel sits in a charming village and the staff were all excellent—friendly and eager to help. We stayed for a wedding, and the venue itself was lovely. The food was good, a bit pricey but worth it. The building is listed and has no lift, which made it a bit tough for me and others with mobility issues, but the staff went out of their way to help us get around.
