The farm was beautiful, with horses and a garden, the service was friendly and the food excellent. There was a misunderstanding about the dog fee: the listing said dogs were allowed but didn’t show a price, and at check‑out a hidden fee was demanded, “an additional fee may be required…”. It would be clearer to list the dog fee directly in the description, e.g. “dogs allowed for xx per day”, payable with the stay.

“Horrible, will never return to Tabun”

The location was too far from the city, remote with nothing to do or walk to. Breakfast was mediocre, offering cold cuts, fish, etc., no toaster, and very limited vegetarian options. The bedroom ceiling leaked onto the bed, and the bathroom ceiling leaked onto the toilet. Staff were unhelpful, we had to put down our towels and sleep on a wet bed, with no offer of sheet changes or a room change. The restaurant food was cold and limited, staff were rude and solemn. Our room was above the restaurant, so we couldn’t sleep as staff and guests laughed and moved furniture all night. There was a party on Saturday night, again no sleep, the room was very noisy. The bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and the room smelled like raw sewage; opening the window only let in the smell of horse manure. It was a waste of my holiday and money.

The grounds were very pretty, the location was good, breakfasts varied, and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was standard, the rooms lacked a bedside lamp plug, and there was no bulb near the mirror in the bathroom.

The location was fine. There should be a dedicated parking space for the hotel separate from the restaurant. The owner never responded to date‑change messages, which was very unfair. Additionally, when we arrived and were chatting about check‑in, we were abandoned to follow another local client!

The location was in a stable, a cozy place with a relaxed atmosphere that worked well for rest even with weekend parties. The toiletry set was very good quality (soap, balm, bath liquid). The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast buffet was very good. The kitchen used its own produce (vegetable garden and orchard). Unfortunately there was a leak under the basin and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The window overlooking the restaurant garden caused daytime noise and music. The hallway bulb was missing. I also found that there was only one local cider available, so I couldn’t try more.
