Green farm home & coffee

We were really looking forward to staying here, but things started off on the wrong foot. We got a message at 7 am saying our room had been booked months in advance, and the booking site hadn't updated the info. They offered us a different room, but we couldn't inspect it beforehand, so we declined. When we asked to cancel, they said they wouldn't cancel and would report us as no-shows instead of refunding our money. We're planning to complain to the booking site about this whole mess.

I was really charmed by the hotel's private and airy space, surrounded by beautiful trees. However, the staff's attitude was a major letdown - they seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. To make matters worse, our room was missing some basic essentials, like toiletries and toilet paper. It was a shame, because the setting was lovely.

The hotel's peaceful surroundings and stunning views made for a perfect getaway. I was a bit worried about noise, but it was blissfully quiet. The only thing that would've made it even better was a more comfortable bed.
