The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything I wanted to see.
The staff were super helpful and accommodating, and they were really friendly.

Very comfortable and spacious, everything was clean and in good condition.
The staff were really friendly, but there was no hot water in the shower. It was a bit of a hassle.

I loved everything – the service, the super delicious breakfast, the staff were extremely friendly and always available, the cleanliness was impeccable, truly an excellent hotel that feels like a warm home, thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. The only thing I’d add is an extra mirror outside the one in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was great.

The place was pretty clean overall, and one of the service people who greeted me was actually nice. The rest of the staff were kind of harsh, and there was no front desk—just a keypad. After 5 pm you’re on your own, rooms only get cleaned every other day, breakfast starts at 7 am so you miss work, and the admin never replies on WhatsApp. I even asked to leave a day early and got no word about a refund. Not a great stay.
