The jacuzzi in the room was nice, and the mirror with a speaker let me listen to music; the bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable, the room was big enough, and opening the windows fully made it feel like a balcony even without one. The breakfast was very basic, checkout took a long time because of unpleasant room checks, and from the windows half of the view is blocked by an eco‑monster.

The equipment is new and modern, and the staff are very helpful, but the location is a bit far from the center, and being close to the bus station makes grabbing a ride a bit awkward; otherwise everything else is fine.

Thanks to the management, reception, and staff; the rooms are tidy, luxurious, and clean. I stayed in a room with better views.

The room’s equipment was a real plus, the view from our room was incredible, the bed was very good quality, and the staff were helpful. There was a strong durian smell throughout our stay, probably from other tourists, but the hotel itself was very satisfying.
