The hotel was modern and the breakfast was good. Some comments mentioned that you could walk into town, but we ended up driving. However, there is plenty of parking.

The hotel sits in a very pretty spot and our room offered a lovely view. The room itself was great, spacious and the bathroom matched that size; everything was very clean and comfortable. The common areas were excellent, especially the breakfast area which was roomy and pleasant, with access to an outdoor terrace. Breakfast was tasty, with good choices and variety. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The spa area also impressed us, being quite spacious and enjoyable. On the downside, we didn’t know that spa access wasn’t free for guests, and the jacuzzi could have been cleaned more carefully.

The room was modern, clean, had a good ensuite and there was plenty of parking right next to the hotel. The hotel is located in a pleasant countryside area with mountain views and isn’t far from the main town—probably best reached by taxi or car. The spa facilities were a welcome relief after a long ferry ride to Santander, but they were an extra cost in our booking. The hotel restaurant didn’t serve dinner, so we ate out at local restaurants in Ribadesella instead. The “contrast showers” in the spa didn’t work well, but everything else in the spa was fine.

A quiet hotel on the outskirts of Ribadesella. The spa price is a bit high.

Its location is perfect, equidistant from the city and the sights to visit. The view, tranquility, and pastoral scenery are great. The staff are outstanding. The pool is huge, as is the parking.
