I loved this hotel; it’s very well located, brand‑new, with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, and it’s close to many city attractions – the best hotel on our trip to China. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The location was great, rooms were modern and clean, staff very helpful, laundry facilities excellent, and breakfast good—excellent value for money. The construction work started too early (before 9am on one day), which was inconvenient.

The hotel has potential, but we arrived during a renovation so many services were unavailable; after initial misunderstandings the stay turned out pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent. It was very hard to convince staff that breakfast was included in our reservation, and because of language barriers they replied that they were not obliged to speak English or explain things, so they were far from welcoming for a hotel of that level.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to the metro. It is currently under construction, which made it noisy during the day.
