It was the absolute worst experience ever. Getting in was a nightmare with no one to guide us at check‑in, and the staff made horrible faces while preparing dinner. She couldn’t speak English or understand us, so we had to use a translator, but no service was offered. Breakfast consisted only of rice porridge and stale bread. The person in charge was very rude and uncommunicative; we felt very uncomfortable and forced to endure a lot of hassle.

The housekeeper took care of all the tourists and even made breakfast for us; we got a lot of help from her. The internet was terrible, though.

The lady who manages the place is wonderful, and the location is very close to Lake Kolsay. The shower water comes out very strong. The mattress is quite old and uncomfortable, and the walls are paper‑backed, so you can feel everything.
