“It was an amazing one night stay and their well-being spa was great too and staff service was 100%”
The location is solid 👍, but the property itself needs a dust‑free touch‑up because my room was dusty.

The hotel is fantastic—everything looks great and the staff are incredibly attentive. My daughter’s birthday was a surprise hit with balloons and sweet treats in her room and at dinner, though the food itself was just a touch underwhelming; the restaurant staff, however, were great.

The hotel is lovely, beautifully decorated, and the restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful, with no negatives to report.

Booking was a breeze, but the checkout queue could use a dedicated line just for checkouts.

The room was clean and comfortable, yet each time I ordered from the bar a 12.5 % service charge was added to my bill. This fee is hidden in tiny print on the last page of the drinks/food menu and the staff never mention it, which made the stay a bit annoying; this kind of hidden cost should be an opt‑in, not an opt‑out.
