The staff were super friendly and very helpful, but the room was filthy—no cleaning had been done. Yellow sticky residue covered the bathroom counters, the fridge was coated in yellow/orange grime, the floors were dirty, and cockroaches swarmed everywhere, with their droppings on the kitchen counter, floor, and beside the tables.

When we reported a ceiling leak, the staff screamed at us and insisted we couldn’t return to the hotel, refusing a refund. The staff were rude, cursed at us, and then told us we could not come back after taking our money.

There was no breakfast, but the location was acceptable. The walls were paper thin, and people in room 225 made noise all night, which was disturbing and disrespectful. The maids were disrespectful, trying to force their way into rooms and demanding entry or forcing guests to find another motel.

The room had a big crawl‑space in the bathroom, and there was a bug in the room.

It was comfortable. Everything turned out fine.
