“Shit hole”

The rooms were filthy, mouldy, poorly maintained, and carried a strong musty, damp smell throughout. One of the two rooms had a non‑functioning toilet light, a broken flush, and no proper access to a shower or hot water. There was no toilet paper, and the bathroom itself was well below an acceptable standard. One fan was not working, and the TVs in both rooms were non‑functional. Additionally, there were no towels, tissue paper, chairs, or mirrors, and the lights were not working properly.

The experience was underwhelming, with no notable positives to mention.

Everything was excellent.

The room was comfortable with a good bed size and surrounded by greenery. However, the dining facility was inconveniently located relative to the valley view rooms (333/337), especially during the monsoon season. I had to ask twice a day for sugar, milk, and tea bags to make tea twice a day. Power backup was available on a real‑time basis, but at times the lights were absent for a considerable duration.

The climate was pleasant, but the room was dirty and smelly, with no fan. The images on the site were fake, and the old photos were all yucky.
