The beach is a dream, the water is wonderful, and the property is well‑kept with many amenities. There are enough loungers right on the water. The food quality is good. The resort has great potential with more professional staff. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the price and location. Outside of the Buddha Bar Beach and the Magenta Restaurant in partner hotel La Pirogue, we never received service commensurate with the price in any of the restaurants. At the Patio, a waiter once dropped unfamiliar glasses on the tray, soaking us and the baby high‑chair with sticky Aperol. It could happen if someone had communicated better. Only after we asked was it half‑cleaned, with no apology. Our drinks, general service, and the baby high‑chair were regularly forgotten. At Mare Mare and Patio, table assignments (even with prior reservations) were questionable despite free tables. We were often asked the same question in quick succession. Random acts of refilling water in a full glass and clearing plates while the other person was still eating alternated with complete ignoring and no order taking or clearing. Some managers wander around talking a lot, but unfortunately no system is in place. Most waiters had a “fly‑by” vibe (“my friend” / “Boss”) rather than the demeanor of a serious four‑ or five‑star hotel. Other issues included the baby bed being forgotten despite prior confirmation, staff asking for names in a positive review, and no concierge for restaurant reservations during the specified times. Many small things accumulated, creating a strange atmosphere. The beach loungers could be more comfortable. Nonetheless, the beach and the entire property are paradise.

The hotel is very pleasant, the beach is magnificent, very calm with shade and comfortable sun loungers, and the sunsets are beautiful. There are three large, nice pools, one reserved for adults. The rooms are clean, nice, spacious, modern, comfortable with air conditioning. Buffets offer a wide choice for breakfast and dinner.

The location is nice and on the beach, but the restaurant staff are completely unfriendly. We booked our room as a honeymoon and received a room with two separate beds, which is quite early to not sleep next to my partner after one week of marriage, if you ask me.
