Booked and paid online, but at noon the host called saying no rooms left. He promised a refund, yet after four weeks I still haven’t seen it. Can I still book through that site?

The owner was super helpful and friendly. Even though the restaurant was closed, he drove us to Chalet de Prés and after a fantastic meal (thanks to the couple) he picked us up again. Great service.

I booked and paid for an apartment for me and my son, but when we arrived they gave us a double room because the apartment had been handed to other guests without telling us. After we complained we got another room but had to pay for it. Since we weren't in the apartment as planned we also had to pay breakfast. So a lot of extra costs. Be careful: you might not get what you booked.
