The room is well kept and in the centre of Ciutadella. The online check‑in experience combined with the fact that their booking account was hacked is very unpleasant. The hotel knows its account was hacked but does nothing except warn its clients that they could be hooked. Bingo, I was harassed during the week with unknown numbers on WhatsApp; I don’t understand why the hotel doesn’t take the issue more seriously and try to change the booking account to regain control over its data and stop the leak. One must distinguish between hacking messages and the 100 messages from the hotel forcing you to check in online before arrival. It is not serious.

The room is correct, pleasant and clean, and the hotel is well located. Very disappointing that the reality does not match the photos, the description or the price. The room and the bed are much smaller than shown in the particularly flattering photos and description, and they sell the category by putting first the photos of a room that does not correspond to the one actually assigned. Moreover, there is no human contact or WhatsApp, only Booking after several hours of waiting. However, for some reason, I was contacted via WhatsApp by scammers claiming to be the hotel, who had all my reservation details, asking me to do the online check‑in and re-enter my card data, which fortunately I did not do. Finally, the tourist tax payment, which they ask to do separately via a hotel link, was error‑prone on every attempt, even with different cards, until after several hours I received a notice that one of the payments had been accepted. And amid all these difficulties, no particular courtesy, only responses hiding behind Booking’s fine print. Lamentable for a hotel with this rating and number of comments, making me reconsider my trust in the platform and the criteria to ensure quality and seriousness.
