It felt like a truly luxurious stay in Marrakech, with everything from the rooms to the restaurants, pools, gym, lobby, staff, and breakfast buffet being wonderful—an excellent experience overall.

Everything was amazing; I especially appreciated the pre‑arrival message from Lahncen asking if I needed anything for my stay. I asked for an early check‑in and he obliged immediately. At the lobby the reception was welcoming and luxurious, and Lahncen greeted us, guided us through the check‑in, and showed us around the hotel, mentioning the complimentary chocolate hour and instruments. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. All the staff were friendly and courteous, making us feel very welcome as well. When my flight was delayed I sent a WhatsApp requesting a late check‑out and was granted it without hesitation. This was my first stay in Marrakech and with this hotel chain, but I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends. The facilities are great, the grounds well maintained, and the food and drinks wonderful. Thanks to the entire team at the Movenpick for delivering a great experience.
