“Premium French Auberge, Great food, even better staff.”
When I arrived, the staff asked if I wanted dinner and served the most incredible beef tartare on a patio lit with fairy lights. The room was spotless, smelling like baby powder and French soap, with light décor that felt like the French countryside—simple yet very comfortable. Two buses, 136 and 131, are handy for exploring the area; you won’t need an Uber if you plan your trips. Both buses take you to Manousque, where you can catch a quick ride to the airport via route 66. The owner even gave us a free ride to the wedding venue we were late for, asking for nothing in return—just helpful and supportive. The French baguette at breakfast was a dream, and the coffee was surprisingly strong and double‑shot, something I didn’t expect in France. I loved the place, the region, and the whole experience was truly enriching. My French was rusty, so I struggled a bit to communicate, but the staff were modern and used mobile translation tools to help me explain myself, making the stay amazing.
