The hotel’s location is ideal for shopping, just a 15‑minute walk from Galleria Burgas Mall, and there are good restaurants like Grog and Goti nearby. The room was spacious, the air‑conditioning worked well, and it was cleaned properly. The breakfast offered a good variety of foods, but I was surprised that lütenitsa, a famous Bulgarian dish, wasn’t on the menu.

The hotel is close to the airport, large, but old and apparently rarely renovated. The room felt hot; the air‑conditioner was weak and only worked in the hallway, and the windows wouldn’t open. The furniture and plumbing were outdated. We rented three rooms, and in one the bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well. Breakfast was okay but not very tasty, and the elevator was small.

The location worked for me, but the pillows were too big, and I had trouble printing the invoice at checkout; it took an hour and still wasn’t perfect.
