The service was good. The accommodation was a problem because my booking was for a room with a bathroom, but the bathroom was outside. I had booked breakfast, yet I had to pay for it, which was a shame and a mistake for the customer; I didn’t return right after because I had already made a long trip.
The location was great, but the staff service left something to be desired.

My first visit to Cotijuba was amazing, especially staying at AldeiA Lodge.
Every waiter in the restaurant area was terribly rude, they owed us a lot of apologies, we had to call repeatedly and they never handled our orders properly; another couple and we were both so stressed that we decided never to return because of that awful service. We were treated as if we were doing them a favor, and whenever they brought drinks they were always hot; we asked for ice and it took hours to arrive.
