The location was good and everything was clean and pretty. I was assigned a room with a glass wall on the upper floor that wasn’t well sound‑proofed or insulated.

The location was good. Room 2 had a glass wall on the upper part that let light from the lobby spill into the room. No follow‑up on the room; during a 3‑day stay, I had to ask for extra toilet paper. There were no night lights. To open or close the door, you had to cut the power because even with a key it’s hard to do it in the dark, and with only one keychain it was difficult. I read a lot of positives about Maria but didn’t notice much, and there was little explanation.

I landed right in the heart of the old town, and the room was tastefully decorated and spotless. The host, Lieve, was friendly and gave us great local activity suggestions. We were able to check in early and check out late because of our flight schedule, which was super convenient. The room was well insulated, so the cathedral bell tower didn’t bother us. The shower was excellent, and towels plus shower gel and shampoo were provided. The only downside was a slippery floor, but that was fixed by laying a towel after showering.
Exceptional location, extremely clean, bright, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. The welcome was perfect, with great availability and attention. The only drawback is the sound‑proofing; you can hear the entrance and the adjacent rooms.
