All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the employee Hajar who was hospitable and warm. The lighting was weak; there was no light in the room or the toilet, only a strong light in the mirror. The mirror in the room was inside the wardrobe, but its placement near the back door was inconvenient.

I met the staff, especially Carolina, a sweet girl who was very pleasant to talk to. We arrived in the morning after a night flight, and Carolina quickly processed our check‑in and let us in early. At departure, Maksat and Hamid were helpful. Everyone else on the team was great, except the woman who offered the welcome drinks – that was a bit off. The location is super, and we chose this hotel because it’s close to shops and the metro.

I appreciate the performance of all the staff, especially the receptionist, and I must give special thanks to Miss Carolina, whose performance was outstanding; she truly reflects the nobility of your hotel. I also thank the esteemed events manager assistant, Mr. Rony Joseph, for his amazing cooperation, availability, and problem‑solving skills. I was able to proactively solve many potential problems during the training course I conducted as an instructor (TapRoot Course) for one business week at Al Majida Hall. Take pride, as you have someone like Rony! I can’t think of anything negative.
