There was no breakfast at all even though I had booked with breakfast. In the morning we were told we had no breakfast, to go eat at a cafe, and they gave us an address. They could add breakfast, and please set check‑out at 12:00 instead of 11:00. We were told to vacate the room at 11 hours, which is very bad; I will not come again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The location was the only good thing about it! It wasn’t properly signalled, so it was hard to find. The building is very old, the room stank of fags, the shower and toilet fixtures were broken, and the tap in the toilet was leaking. They advertised breakfast included, but they don’t even serve breakfast at all!!!

We booked and paid in advance, and when we arrived they told us the reservation wasn’t in the system even though we showed them the reservation paperwork. I would not recommend anyone to book and pay in advance, and I have proof of my words.

Everything was very dirty, no towels or sheets, rude staff, and the paid breakfast wasn’t there.
