The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from check‑in to check‑out, always fulfilling our requests. The cabin itself was nice, and the animal encounter plus activities were enjoyable. The furniture and activity equipment felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade.

The lodge’s location is lovely and the rooms look like cozy lodges. The gym, however, falls short for a property of this caliber. Adding another family‑friendly restaurant or bar would be nice, since there’s nothing else nearby to do.

The design, nature, activities, and staff all stood out. Getting to the chalet is a long, hard walk that could be problematic for some medical conditions. Some activities charge extra fees that seem unreasonably high, and the timing is off; there are also no indoor kids’ activities on hot days.
