The overall cleaning is decent, but a close inspection reveals a very superficial effort. The main issues are the location—access is awful, especially for people with disabilities, parking is scarce, and you have to climb over 100 steps, plus the first‑day navigation feels like a maze of alleys, corners, and stairs. The worst part is the “pet‑friendly” claim: a spiral staircase without any dog protection makes it a deadly trap, and I had to grab my dog mid‑fall from two meters high, catching him by a paw to stop him; I have a vet appointment tomorrow to make sure he's fine.
