The location was good, and the friendly person who handed us the keys was nice. The bathroom was disgusting, moldy, and filthy, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in months and smelling the same; trash from the previous tenant was still inside.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to everything. The conditions were appalling and the host was irresponsible; I had to wait an hour at the door for the keys.

The property is close to Termini station, about 1 km away, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the owner is quick and easy to contact. However, the price is too high for the quality, the shower needs refreshing, and there is no kettle or iron.

The location is good, but I lowered my rating because the street was very noisy, the area was shabby, yet it’s close to the station and local sights. There were no toiletries (shampoo, soap, slippers); I really wanted to wash my hair on the road but couldn’t, and the floors were very cold.

Only the location was acceptable. The cleanliness, services, and the bathroom—which was supposed to be private—actually ended up outside the room and was not private at all.
