The hotel’s location right next to the theme park is great, but the room itself was dirty and the towels were scarce. When we asked to swap towels, none were ready, and after using the dryer, we found it open and our clothes stayed wet. The staff never cleaned the room properly and basic amenities were missing.

The breakfast was terrible, overall cleanliness was poor, the bed was comfortable but the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close, and there were no towels or soap available.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, yet the rooms’ interiors needed more care; they weren’t as nice as the photos showed and lacked cups, soap, or shampoo, so I had to buy those items myself.
