The room was a real letdown - it was filthy and reeked of stale air. But what really took the cake was the service. We had to wait ages to get our room, and when we finally did, the staff were completely unhelpful and seemed put out by our presence. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to charge us double for our stay because they claimed they couldn't find our booking online.

The hotel's proximity to the Intuit Dome is definitely a plus, but my experience with the bathroom was a major turn-off. When I moved the shower handles, a few roaches scurried out - not exactly what I wanted to see.
