“Restaurant was amazing. Perfect for a short trip”
Perfect location. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm during our stay. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful, considerate, and understanding. We truly appreciated their effort to ensure that we were able to get enough rest, especially since we were only staying for one night. However, I believe a thorough room inspection before guests arrive would be important to ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the room is comfortable and suitable for the value and purpose of the stay. This would help prevent situations like this and provide guests with the quality experience they expect
