Everyone staying liked dogs, so we naturally greeted each other and shared our dogs’ names, which made communication easy and enjoyable. The food was tasty. Dinner was luxurious and filling, and the breakfast buffet offered many choices, making it fun. It would be helpful to have a water station for dogs in the outdoor dog run. Since we’re traveling with a dog, we don’t expect to go out after check‑in, so having Netflix available would make us stay longer. The TV’s compatibility with a FIRE stick is a plus. We needed one more replacement dog seat in the room. Also, if the hot spring allowed dog shampoo, that would be an extra reason to visit.

The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and left a good impression. The building was easy to navigate and comfortable. The food was delicious in the morning and evening, and the breakfast buffet for dogs was appreciated. We wanted a few more bath towels for multiple showers and a place to keep brushes and cotton swabs in the bathroom (changing area).

I could eat with my dog, which was great, but the room felt a little cramped.

The meals were delicious and the bath water was good. The room was small, but for one person and one dog it was just right.

I relaxed with my beloved dog; everyone else had a dog too, so no one felt out of place. The natural hot spring was spacious and wonderful, and the morning dog buffet was amazing! The facilities feel a bit dated, but nothing major was problematic.
