Super location, small hotel, extremely friendly staff, and very clean. Very bad breakfast and rooms that are too small.

Optimal location for exploring the historic centre of Pistoia, easily reachable by train, situated on a quiet side street. Beautiful, quiet rooms, air‑conditioned, not overly large but perfectly maintained. Very helpful staff. At the reception there is a folder from a well‑known high‑end tour operator with many recommendations that is worth a look. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection.

Everything was perfect, in order, staff super friendly, location very nice and cozy, good food at various restaurants around the small towns, well reachable by train, for little money.

Very well located! We went to a concert in the Duomo square and this hotel was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff super friendly. Everything I liked!!
